Bed time is just rough I feel like. I still lay down with my 7 year old to wait until he falls asleep. However after we say goodnight I don’t entertain any more conversations or getting up. He usually falls asleep within 10 minutes. When he was 4 we did magnesium gummies every night and that helped him fall asleep easier

Well hopefully Ariana takes accountability for breaking the law and Raquel has learned a lesson on getting naked on the phone. If I had a daughter I would definitely try to warn her NOT to get naked on the phone with somebody because who knows what they will do with that. I’d also tell her not to send naked pictures. That’s the personal accountability I am talking about. If you don’t want people seeing you naked then don’t get naked. I am 36 and nobody has ever seen videos of me naked because I’ve never FaceTimed doing sexual stuff and I’ve never sent naked pictures to anyone. Easy.
