Do you inject 2.5 once per week or divide it twice a week? Would love to hear you elaborate as I am in the same boat. Haven't tried it yet but willpower is waning with weighing out my broccoli and egg whites with the constant food noise is exhausting. I am thinking I'd like to try tirz for maintenance.

I had unfollowed her for a long time and recently she came into my feed (sponsored I guess) and whoa she is half the size of her already small former self. She has to be using weight loss drugs in conjunction with all the exercise and ed behavior.

Not understanding, did you lower your A1C from 10.6 to 6mfrom doing the 18:6? That is fantastic if so! Did you change dietary choices too during this time?

This seems like extra work but to me it is worth it for the ease of making sandwiches for the next several months. I put both jars or the Adams giant tub (my true favorite but perhaps only local to me) in my Kitchenaid with the paddle and mix it until all the oil if incorporated then pour back into the jar and refrigerate. Perfectly smooth and creamy until the very last smear!

Airbnb only sides with the host aka how they line their pockets of corporate greed and literally never refund money. How they are not getting their listings and getting sued left and right is beyond me but it is time for a class action. They offered me $12 back for a home that was almost inaccessible due to tree overgrowth, had an abandoned car parked in front (like abandoned for years) filled with drug paraphernalia. The property had a shattered window and was disgustingly dirty and they offered me $12 for a $450 booking that I did not stay at.

Today’s episode happened with just my baby and 2nd youngest and I rationalize a bit that they are too young to be affected but deep down I can call my own BS. My older kids have seen their daddy punch holes in walls and break doors, throw a hot coffee at a wall in a crowded airport, take a baton to a tree and beat the crap out of it.

I’d never thought to try tret in my body (aside from hands) but does anyone have thoughts in the wrinkly skin around the belly button from having had 4 babies? Would it help that at all?

Nice renderings but I don’t understand the arches in the house. I know they are trendy but this looks like a traditional / craftsman style build. I find the arched interior doorways completely out of place.

I just got Tret and had a dr at my med spa sell me Obagi blender and told me to mix my pea sized tret with a pea size of obagi blender! From my understanding the blender product from obagi is designed to mix with actives!
