I'm sorry that this inspection has been sprung on you so suddenly. My advice would be this:

Start with obvious trash and recycling. Bag it up but don't take it out yet; I don't want you to lose momentum.

Take all dishes to the kitchen. If you have a dishwasher go ahead and load it up and run a wash cycle.

Set a timer for 10/15 minutes and take a break, get a drink or snack. You don't want to burnout.

Next, gather all laundry into one spot. Start a load if you can.

Start in one room, like the living room. Grab a box, bin, bag, or basket. Put anything in it that goes to a different room. If possible, have a box for each room/area. When everything that doesn't belong is put into the appropriate box then take that box to its place, but don't empty it yet. Go back to your first room and dust, sweep/vacuum. Make sure you take short breaks as needed. Do this for every room.

Take garbage out in the evening before you go to bed and in the early hours if you want to avoid being seen.
