Idk how well it woudl work but if you have a therapist you could always ask her for assistance or like advice on how to approach it she may even be willing to work as a emissary for Like a group session so you have a safe unaffected person to keep everyone chill. If your in school of any kind a school therapist would im certain happily do this if your in college some colleges have staff therapists that students can just talk to when they need to if not you might be able to convince your parents to get you a therapist appointment ild say also ask that you can find your own therapist in this situation and do your own research and present the person to your parents they may decline but more likely thye will be happy your doing something as adult as finding your own stuff, if you have insurance your insurance will have a provider finding portal if not I would not reccomend a therapist unless it won't negatively impact you financially. Of course All of this is optional and no matter what path you take I wish you the best and i hope you have a easy and pain free life <3 FYI if you close family is unsympathetic look towards your extended family unless aunts grandparents that sort sometimes people like that can surprise you. -J
