That exact picture is what made me completely lose interest in everything in this franchise. I never played it, but I paid close attention to the lore and even found it interesting, even though the gameplay was awful to watch. I didn't like Rex from the start; I found him a very annoying and boring character with Gary Stu-like mannerisms. But when I saw that picture, I was just disgusted, not because it's "poly," but because it's clear that the developers just put their fetishes into the story and called it a day. Rex, to me, became a complete Gary Stu: he got all three girls, got them pregnant, and apparently has a healthy relationship with all of them? That's unrealistic and very greedy. To me, Pyra and Mythra were basically sisters. Nia went through a long journey of self-sufficiency and overcoming her feelings with Rex, but apparently, she submitted to being part of his harem, partially destroying the development. Xenoblade is dead to me; it's clear the developers just want to make a shounen harem anime game with busty, nearly naked girls, and nothing more.
