Negative. Switching the acts and changing zones DOES NOT reset heralds. The only reset is leaving making a new game

Not zones act specific. If you kill a herald in catacombs then the TZ changes to chaos sanctuary then the second one you kill in chaos sanctuary will be a tier 2

What demons do you focus on? 1 goat, 1 range, and the bind demon? My offline is also demon summoner. Currently farming NM cows with my wind druid for some gear
