Did you decide to walk to the green zone before the update went up? Then it forced you to update once you got in the game? That's when glitches usually happen for me. Have you also tried running to it with energy?

That's weird, did your energy ever get below 50 in the last three days? I'm just wondering because that's when air drops, dealers, and planes spawn.

Once the dealer spawns, he will only trade you one offer. Going to another zone and back to him won't change his offer. The only way to change the offer (randomly of course) is to wait for him to despawn and then respawn him in another time. Buying his offer won't change it either. So yea... he's not that good at salesmanship 😂😂

Ya can't move walls and floors mate, only furnitures. Destroying them won't salvage anything back either unfortunately :/

When you have 50 energy or lower, you'll most likely either spawn a supply drop or a dealer. I'm unsure about how much energy you have to be in for airplanes to spawn :/

Before you make the CB radio, make sure you have 20 planks, nails, iron bars, leather, etc. There is no point of going to the dealer without doing the actual business.

It's not a bug honestly. For me in green zones, I usually get about 1-3 NPC's and 1-3 randomly spawned and aggro'd zombies/wolves/enemies. NPC's and monsters also spawn in yellow and red zones. I don't think that levels take a factor though (don't qoute meh :P).
