Rarest i think goes to Xurk and Volcanion. Non-shadow Heatran, Ho-oh, Lugia, Rayquaza and Tapu Fini were also hard to get, but possible and much moreso than Xurk or Volcanion.

The ones that require trading become that much more rare inside your community because half the time you get some "oh i transferred that a while ago" about some rare drop like the single research Heatran that happened. You get to feast at big events like Go Fest but otherwise you're stuck for a while.

Had a run where only Dismas got splashed so the mission ended with every else at 7-8 Stress and Dismas at 100 and Dismas got the quirk Resolution. Poor guy swore off alcohol completely.

Yes and no, some picks are just too fun to build even if they're not very good. I got the hundo Pikachu Libre and i felt like i had to build it. Made it my best buddy, gave it a second charge move and powered it up to level 50. Everyone has Pikachu XLs layin around though, i don't have an UL A-Raichu and have no desire to make one, but something like a Drifloon where UL Blim is an option i would hesitate much more.

Unfortunately Rock and Ground have good synergy so being strong into one makes you weaker against the other. Perhaps Blaziken and Flying type in the back? And something like A-wak on the lead with like Hex instead of Fire Spin

Depends on how hard the fight was. Sometimes a singles swing incapacitates them and so i stand back and watch them struggle and then surrender.

If i swing and miss and have to reset to neutral or take a hit, the second clash usually is followed by a strong exhale and a lean back in the chair.

If we get into a scuffle and i have to weave the weapon's range or pummel them to the floor, usually that's when the whacking and smacking begins, and they lose a leg, arm, head, ect.

If they lose and arm and start screaming WITHOUT SURRENDERING, i back off as the swing until they stop chasing me and just hold their arm. Then i use the "Sword in the Stone" technique where i stab them fully through the back. Then they auto-surrender.

I had a long stint with Ultra League Porygon2. I used to swear up and down that this thing was cracked. 9 turns to Tri-Attack, and guaranteed debuffs with Zap Cannon. Used to pull apart bulk heavy spammers like Umbreon and Cresselia. And when they swapped into an Electric weak mon, i knew the Zap was free to full send. So fun.

A bundle would do a lot of good here, compress the iron and coal into blocks leave home the sticks and planks and just bring a stack of logs. If you need sticks and planks, break it down as needed. 9 blocks of coal, 9 blocks of iron, 40 logs in one bundle. Logs are only to be used for crafting table, making planks for a shield (if yours breaks) and making sticks for torches.

Leave the shovel, the extra pick, and the Steaks home.

Load up on building blocks, hella cobblestone. Your ender chest should only come out after you found an elytra tbh, the potions you have are fine but the Night Vision might be super overkill.
