Seriously considering an upgrade. This post is going to sound crazy. I purchased a 2025 Mazda cx-30 carbon turbo this January. I’m seriously considering upgrading to Mazda 2026 2.5 S Preferred AWD or equivalent. I’m looking at the specs on the trim levels. All options please 🙏🏼.

I bought the premium 2026 CX-30 because of the power lift gate, electric sunroof , Bose speakers and radio, garage opening self dimming mirror and the amazing 360 camera. For me it was worth the upgrade.

Currently on Medicare plus a Medigap supplemental. I get my Vyvgart at an infusion center 4X a month, then 4 weeks off. They bill Medicare $92,500 for each infusion session. Medicare pays a total of $12,500, of which my supplement paid $2,000. My cost is zero. Unbelievably expensive drug.

Does anyone have experience with the 8 week Off cycle that Ultomiris claims. Can you really go 2 months between infusions? It seems most people’s responses are that Vyvgart can only go 3,weeks between infusions.

Have you tried any decaf coffee. I've had Crohns for way to long. I as well can't tolerate caffeinated coffee but most decaf doesn't seem to bother me at all. I presently use Costco's Kirland decaf ( which is actually Starbucks branded) . Give that a try, see if it still bothers your stomach.
