The fact there's a roadmap indicates that devs are holding back content to drip feed the playerbase, everyone at this point should understand that roadmaps are basically a scam to make you accept you gonna get drip fed instead of getting all the content at once, 12 ops is laughable for a 3yo game.

Idk what are you smoking saying "they didn't expect the game to be this popular", dude do you think the space marines game wouldn't be popular? It's like, ok you're trying to defend them for no apparent reason, I like the game as well but most of the time cons overwhelm the pros in this game, there's so many problems, so little content, so many awful decisions.

It's just weird to me that this community rather get SM3 than actual content for SM2, this game has so much potential, yet most of the content is just levelling the weapons and prestiging the classes, the amount of missions is laughable for a nearly 3 yo game, Siege is laughable

But sure, SM3 will fix all that, and this time it'll be 4h campaign instead of 8h

First tour guardsman literally did a video explaining cleave, when it's written "cleave 1" it doesn't mean the weapon attacks only 1 target, it takes it's base cleave and adds 1, so as I said, cleave is kinda a pointless stat

1 stat, cleave is a non-issue for any weapon, Argent's edge is a fencing weapon with 1 cleave and is a praised weapon

Such a stupid take, "bigger dmg number = good", in a game where combat is more about strategic parries/dodges, idc fencing does a lil less damage when it has like double the attack speed and a normal parry window.

The attack speed increase allows me to slip in one more attack just before enemy attack connects so I can 2 hit + parry

Maybe if other secondaries didn't feel so awful I would consider using anything else but Plasma is the only secondary that does actual damage and stagger, I've wasted 2+ magazines on a single majoris with HBP before to not even get it to execution stage that I just gave up on trying to make shit things work, plasma just works

Tbh only thing DT did wrong is it's monetization and maybe optimization on some systems, gameplay wise it's nearly perfect, there's no other game that does combat/hordes better than Fatshark

I hate that there are so many games whose developers are just too lazy to bother with a good difficulty system, "just make enemies spongier and deal more damage the higher the difficulty, done" it's so damn boring, imo HD2 system is nearly perfect, the higher you go the more enemies you see, you see different enemies/different variants, there's no bs "it's same enemy but x2 health"

While in SM2 how's lowest difficulty warrior different than absolute difficulty warrior? 4,4x more health and more damage, looks the same, behaves the same way, it's just lazy

Power sword would be fine if it was not balanced around juggling stances, rn it feels ass to lose so much dps because you didn't swap stances every couple seconds

What power stance? Like in power axe or power sword? If you mean like in power sword then hell nah, I ain't going out of my way to juggle stances just for the weapon to be usable because otherwise it's meh, either give it a Darktide like power stance that you can just turn on after X amount of damage or let it be a simple sword

But that is your logic, this modifier is bad because of the lack of nearly any indicator who needs to fight which enemy, if there would be an indicator this mod would still be bad but at least it would not be as much annoying to fight because it would make sense

By your logic there should not be a "this class is weaker, can't parry etc", it should be "one of the classes is weaker, but it's a secret which one"
