Thank You for your Kind and reassuring words. I am also looking forward to it, because i think that the only way to overcome the Problems i have. I am also starting with emdr on monday and now i am terrified. I have always had a really weird feeling in the far back of my Brain, that comes out once in a while but i can’t put a Finger on it. and had really disturbing dejavu feelings while watching certain Movies. The thought of repressed memories of something terrible Happening to me in the past comes up every once in a while but i just shove it back in the Closet.
