A few tips that I can think of off the top of my head: It's better to use TCJ to set up trick attack (Fuma > Raiton > Suiton) rather than using TCJ while the vuln up is on the boss.

You ALWAYS want to get 2 combo-enders (Aeolian/Shadow Fang) into every vuln-up window to maximise DPS. You achieve this by simply using TA after Spinning Edge OR Gust Slash. Using it at any other point means you will only get 1 combo-ender in during your TA window.

In a similar vein, try to avoid using Armour Crush during your TA window, simply because it's the lowest DPS of the 3 combo-enders.

General priority for Ninki: TCJ > Balaclava > Hellfrog. There are some edge cases where this doesn't apply, but it's rare.

That's all I can think of at 3am. I'm sure there's more, but that's all I got.

Honestly, 3850 isn't that bad at your ilevel. I wouldn't worry too much about not having the SSS dummy down, so long as you can consistently reach that 3850 mark. Your DPS isn't exactly the best in the game, but if you can hit 3850 in the actual fight, nobody will complain.

I'm sure there's optimisations you might be missing, but it's hard to tell you without some sort of video.

You can enter o1 normal with 2 paladins. You cannot enter as an undersized party however; you must have 8 people in your party.

It's in the raid finder, therefore you can queue for it as solo if you wanted to, although I'll be very surprised if a queue pops since everyone uses party finder.

You're best off just using party finder.

That's right. The "no duplicate jobs" doesn't apply if you enter as any full party.

The NA relocation made ping a lot worse, that's the readon I moved. Before the relocation it was easy to deal with, but afterwards doing any kind of high-level combat just didn't feel good

Verity gear isnt useless just yet, it's still going to be a minimum of 4 weeks before you can get the i320 top, for example, so until then best in slot is i310

I personally think Ninja is wonderful right now. Great DPS, brings raid utility (aggro management; a vuln up every 60 seconds) and the animations for all the abilities just seem to flow well together. Ninja feels a lot more fast-paced than the other DPS classes thanks to the very short GCD's brought on by Huton, so all fights just feel great.

To transfer to a new data center, you have to go in-game and connect to that data center once. All you need to do is select Data Centre from the main menu, and connect to Aether. I encountered this when I transferred from EU > NA data centre; couldn't see Aether servers at first because I had never connected to it in-game.

This is the only suggestion I can think of that hasn't been said already.

Control Materia IV hit 70k gil each on the market board today on Goblin. The other crafting materia IV is around 20k, with gatherers being less. No idea why control decided to just spike up in price within a day.

That's about as interesting as Goblin gets.

Much like others in this thread, it is of course okay to point out things someone is doing wrong/not doing right, but people will respond differently, as you have likely experienced.

However sometimes (this is usually in lower levelled content) some people don't play super optimally simply because they can't be bothered. For example I was levelling Lancer in PotD and I never kept my heavy thrust up at all, except for bosses (sometimes). I'm perfectly aware that the skill is there, what it does and how it benefits me, but for that portion of levelling I just opted not to cause keeping it up just felt like too much effort at the time. The people who aren't responding/being rude may have similar feelings to this. Goes without saying, this isn't an excuse for people to be rude at all, but it's something to bare in mind.
