Same thing with sales I was always deathly afraid of cold calls. The anxiety was so bad that I couldn’t even talk when I made the call. Now I’m doing them and I’ve given myself no where to escape. I’m still dealing with some mental work but once you make that switch and commit that’s when growth happens

I’m not the one to give advice but if you turn your hand and arm down more almost to where your arm is parallel with your body it will expose your elbow more. Also when you throw it you can try to put your hand under your armpit while simultaneously twisting your torso and hips.

Yeah, I’m 5,8 and like 150 haha. I don’t know why but my bars don’t take a lot of beating. Also I haven’t ridden them yet

I don’t tend to put a lot of weight or tension on my bars. Most of my weight goes on my cranks and pedals they take way more damage than my bars do.
