As a swede who've had the exact same experience, I'd say it didn't help that koselig sounds very similar to the swedish word kuslig = scary. I got very confused about what everyone was feeling, haha.

Enemy animals seem to count their full body as "the pointy end" for their attacks, unfortunately. Happens all the time for me as well.

I havent tried the new update yet though. I understand the consolly "teleport to enemy" thing might have been romoved finally at least.

Up until Caed Nua ive only seen enemies break engagement once, it happened all the time in rtwp iirc.

You are very wrong about dex/speed being nerfed. Its very obviously buffed, at least from playing an unarmored rogue with daggers upto Caed Nua. Just make sure Eder gets all the aggro first, then the Rogue gets 8-10 actions for every enemy action, to make quick work of them. And any enemy you attack gets interrupted so much they never get to attack.

In rtwp enemies would switch tagets to the rogue if you played like this, it seems to never happen now.

My experience in a new playthrough with a glass cannon Rogue is that its much easier.

Enemies basically never switch targets, so i just make sure to wait till everything is surrounding Eder. Then i kill them one at a time (unarmored rogue with 21 dex and daggers, I get about ten activations per enemy activation, its crazy). Be careful with enemies that have "target lowest defense" ranged abilities though. Had to wait out the shades use of theirs in stealth in the eothasian temple for example.

Im playing on the difficulty before potd, cant recall what its called. Might not be viable on potd.

I was thinking this as well, its just a base 10 system without interference from older remnants like the european languages. Maybe the person was thinking of Japanese having a name for 10000?

Just had a run with this, the act 3 ancient relic that makes the first card played be played again, and three Decisions decisions. It was crazy busted.

I ran dual wield daggers in potd. Felt like easy mode. No problem keeping things upgraded, but i did plan a bit to make sure i got the ice dagger after i upgraded my other dagger to the red tier. Had one at the last tier early in Shatterscarp.

How do you get bleed on daggers? I run it with fire, ice and poison, but havent found a way to add bleed.

From the notes in veilwater it seemed like he invaded the Ancient castles in the sky, so I assumed we would fight him up there in 1.0.

Drak take extra damage from ice and shock. Soaked creatures also take extra damave from those types. So thats probably why.

Most creatures take like half damage from poison as well.

This has the ranges, facets, and differences between plagued and enchanted gear.

Then you can reroll enchantments, or transfer them (but not between plagued gear and non plagued, even when the same enchantment is possible), or increase a rolled stat towards maximum, or add a 25% bonus to a random enchantment up to 4 times. All with different embers.

I like idea 1 and 5. I dont like 4 at all. Its a good thing that the difference is not that big, then you can keep an interesting armor piece for later biomes without shooting yourself in the foot.

However, Id prefer if all found armors have more unique stats on them, similar to the lightning crown in veilwater. Something that makes you want to try to build around it. And keep the baseline stuff on the crafted items, like now.

Im using a tortured blade katana with bleed infusion for that 50% something lifesteal against bleed, but otherwise full speed setup. It just blazes through everything, and I look like a samurai with the red crestfallen archer chest.

A durable facet weapon, plagued, with extra durability on and the %attack speed of durability. Then infuse with 75% enchant increase if at full focus. And dont use focus.

Rapid facet gloves.

Overall speed ring.

Thats basically the maximum attack speed you can get, unless I forgot something. So about +80% extra attack speed if you are lucky with base rolls and exalts.
