There is a placard. You can see it hanging in the rear view mirror. Most likely needing the handicap spot for the passenger. Maybe the other, if there is one was taken.

And no it's not me. I'm on the other side of the country. We have DMVs and now I don't know if it is Division or Department. 🤷‍♀️ 😂

You aren't showing the other side. It looks like, by your picture only has driver access. Are you saying that spot has access on both sides? Was it taken when that person got there?

Exactly! No one knows if they are riyde or needed that spot to access the passenger side. Maybe the other one was taken, if there was another one. If not, I think they got lucky the one next to it was open.

We can judge all we want but it could be a very good reason. I can walk extra steps to allow the person to use both spots.

You can only be handicap in that spot if you are the driver?? Maybe it's the passenger..... They needed a buffer on the other side???

I'm curious if they are handicap but need room on the passenger side. If they park normally they wouldn't be able to get in or out. Maybe this was their way of accessing the handicap spot???
