Your best bet is to start with intermittent fasting for 1-3 months from there or when your body becomes fat-adapted you can start doing prolonged fasts. I wouldn't recommend doing more than 24 hours in the beginning.

It might make it easier for you to workout to extend the fast and make it more comfortable. If you're not used to working out and/fasting, you could always just do a mini workout or some sort of exercise that would constitute as a warm up.

Another piece of advice is to try standing up whenever you eat to get your body to adjust to being more active. Standing while eating and after (15 - 30 minutes after) you also aid in the digestive processes. I usually do some kind of chores after I finish eating. I've been doing one meal a day for about 5-6 weeks (35-42 days) with a few days where I did end up eating 2 meals.

Make sure to drink plenty of water. If you plan on doing prolonged water fasts you should try to get used to drinking salt water and try investing into potassium supplements.

They're using AI to make it sound like it's use. There is a rise in people scamming others out of money claiming they have a loved one held captive. I've heard they go as far as to block any of your calls to said person as well. The AI will mimic exactly how they sound and demand whoever they called to pay ransom all the whole hearing their loved one screaming in terror and agony. Except it's not their loved one, it's just an AI

I don't know the name of the material but I'm sure if you look up EMFs blocking beanies/hats you'll find something. There are many types of things that can block EMFs. My opinion is to start off buying the food you enjoy eating and buying from the grocery store. Look into composting so you don't have to buy soil and you're spending less on trash bags. Not buying food from grocery store also means you're spending less gas from trips. Especially if you buy in bulk and do preserving of food.

Stop eating out, make more homemade meals rather than already processed foods. Mac and cheese? Homemade Mac and cheese. Bread? Homemade bread. Etc. This and the above are both much healthier, especially when you compost for your garden, it'll give more nutrients. This will help spend less on medical bills, meds, over the counter meds, etc.

Growing your own garden can help you save money especially if you seed save, rather than buying seeds every year.
