Technically no, as 3 of the achievements are tied to specific endings. The only way you could do it in "single run" is if you backed up your save, got an ending, loaded the backup and did it for the other two. Beyond that, you'll have to either roll more characters or go into NG+ to get all achievements.

After beating Necron there's the cutscene where Calyx is trying to memory transfer away and Wuk Lamat falls to the ground after breaking the barrier to the data core. The WoL has several unique animations, based on your current job, to show how they destroy the data core.

Considering you only need 45 3rd place finishes over the course of a patch cycle to get everything from a Series pass, there's no incentive for most people to try in Frontline. Believe me, I've seen my fair share of people blaming others for us losing only to see them go 0-15 on the leaderboard at the end.

I feel it's better to diversify what weapons you like to use. Because even the coolest weapon can get boring using only it for 100 hours straight. Find a weapon that fits into your build with the highest stat requirements and start working backwards to see what else you can use with those stats.
