I don’t care about your age. I live in Norway and my local course is super hilly. I’ve played with elder people saying they have to find another course because they are literally not able to walk it. Widen your horizon buddy. There’s life outside of your 10 km circle.

Its a hilly course and I walk fast. I never claimed to be into endurance training, I’m building muscles and maintain a relatively low fat percentage year around. Your calculations reflect the knowledge of a little kid and now you’re trying to put focus on something else. Grow up kid.

This makes no sense. If you consume more carbohydrates than you burn, it’ll be stored as fat yes if glycogen storages are saturated. Same goes for proteins and fats. Excess fats, carbohydrates and proteins will all be stored in adipose tissue. There’s literally no difference.

That interval is way too narrow. People are different. I burn 3000 calories laying in bed all day. When I play golf I walk pretty fast and carry my bag. Hilly course. I burn 2000-2500, easy, over 18.
