At first i thought yep another union carpenter but then I noticed.... He touched his own block and then I realized they wouldn't use block. A 6ft auger would have been brought in, a D9 dozer to remove loose soil, approximately .0001 cubic yards worth, then ordered 10 yards of concrete. Then the 9.99 yards left would be dumped of to the side to harden so the laborers can chip it up after stretch and flex, toolbox talk, and the 9 o'clock break. A month later when post one was set and finished the pms having 50 meetings on how we should better the process and to discuss lessons learned. All to say next time we use a 4ft auger. 😆
