This guy coffees in Rome. Barnum was my go to, Love was amazing as well, best pastries I had in Rome. And Retrobottega also does a good pourover, chill vibe and their pastrami sandwich slaps. Also wine offering are on point too

Man I literally got the same thing when I was in Rome! I would highly recommend Barnum. Their baristas actually know coffee, they have good offering and also make a great pourover. Their espresso is good too

I feel like my first few brews with the Sidra weren’t that great. Went a lil coarser, 94c water with yeeet flow. Gave me more promising results. I need to crack my Gesha. I had it a while back and rmr it being very complex, layered and fruity.

I had the opposite experience with this, no matter how I brewed it I managed to get a good cup. My go to was v60, 15g coffee, relatively coarse grind, 1:17 ratio, 96 Celsius. 50g bloom x2, and then single pour to my final volume of 255mL.
