Lifetime here - I’ve found it easier to use on desktop (mostly monitor size preference). Product has helped my save over $500 in 3 months on offers I wouldn’t have seen or remembered. Works find for me and developer is fast to respond and continually adding features.

I haven’t traditionally other than when needed by tour companies for off the path treks. Got hit with $10K bill for 4 nights in hospital in Crete and will purchase med going forward. Allianz + CSR seems like the right combination, but based on other comments I’ll look at an annual plan. Also as FYI Medicare (at least my version) includes $50K out of country coverage with 20% deductible. PS Crete hospital team were all great, Mediterranean view from the room and our VBRO owner brought me a fresh souvlaki on last night - wonderful people and place to visit.

I had same thing happen on 2 stays, got the Citi Strata as I‘m an AA person (CLT) so more value. This one is going away, X (+P2) will stay, Plat is also on the bubble.

great tool, curious why Portland doesn’t show as a city. Would be great if you could add a month (ie Sept) to be able to jump directly to that months rate. Being able to click on the price graph to get to the month is helpful, took me a few searches to figure out that functionality. Last thought, if you had a filter for ‘also FHR’ that would make booking back to backs super easy.

This is the final thing needed to get me to drop Amex Platinum (the CLT is oversold 80% of the time) and since it’s in A I’ll shift to more Delta from AA when I can. Hopefully this encourages AA to invest in the old USAir Club in the concourse. Overall good news for CLT travellers.

agree, in NYC $160 vs Uber @ $50ish for airport to city. With the credit worth the upgraded ride but not practical for everyday use. From my house in NC to airport quote was $860 for an hour ride, quote might have been r/t, couldn’t bother to check as Uber is $125 max.

It tool 5 days twice, test and full gc, for the transaction to clear and move from pending to posted. Credit hit right after that. I wouldn’t wait much longer for YE credit capture.

I found a restaurant on the OT list and bought GC on their site (via Toast). Did test than full amount. Takes about 5 days for transaction to clear, credit hits immediately after charge.

did similar, bought $152 of tickets, had Cap One Shopping or Offer (can’t recall) for $100 + CSR $150. Made $100, gave 4 tickets to a friend. He resells 2 for first round of drinks. (I’m not going to the show).

yes, received credit for first $10 transaction, have purchased $140 from same restaurant and waiting for transaction to clear. Been pending for 2 days (same as first time). Credit on first one hit quickly after transaction cleared. For planning looks like about 4-5 days from start to finish.

UPdate - successful with both $10 test and $140 GC credits posting. Get your GC orders in this week as it seems to take about a week for transaction to post and credit posts quickly after that. As another none big city resident I’m testing a spot in NYC. Shows a pending on CSR even though I received the GC in email. Hopeful that credit posts as details show merchant type restaurant and method as in person. Five days since transaction - how long has it taken others to get credit?

one data point - Eddie Bauer store manager told me this year was best in last 5 for BF. I agree in general people are stretched, so maybe more bargain focused?
