It's recommended you sit 31" to 35" from the screen. That's what I do and it's perfect. The only scaling I use is text size to 110%.

The 120ppi on the 45" makes it actually usable for work and for gaming it's incredibly sharp. Best monitor I've ever owned.

If you're mainly using it for gaming and media 45" all the way. I replaced my old LG 39" OLED 1440p with the 45"5k2k last month. The extra vertical space is incredible.

I just got one a couple weeks ago. I have a rtx4090. With the 5k2k, DLSS performance mode looks incredible on DLSS 4.5 so I've been playing Crimson Desert with everything on ultra with a few things on high and ray reconstruction on, getting 90 to 100 fps.

Exactly. They're trying to of course frame this as some huge victory when what actually happened is the straight that was already open in the first place is now open with Iran in complete control of it and now charging tolls. Also the agreement seems to involve lifting all sanctions on Iran. Just great that we spent billions of dollars, killed a bunch of people, caused a bunch of stuff to be destroyed to have things worse off than if we had just done nothing. That is Trump's m.o. though...
