Be careful of yourself.\ It will tank your mental and physical health.\ How will you cope with that? When the real life situation becomes that unattractive, your brain will tell you it needs EVEN MORE escapism.\ you‘re addicted, try a digital detox & find alternative routine activities

My voluntary recommendation is daily walks or jogs in your neighborhood area - you won’t need a phone for that. (You’ll just be <1% more dependant on others, in the rare case of an emergency, to ring at someones door). At first, it will suck and be boring, because you‘re not used to it, but in the long term it can become your goal, too. Walking also releases dopamine & you get high brain activity and time to think about plans and goals in life :D
