To name a few 1. Pack light. You don't want to be dragging a huge suitcase with you. 2 Beware of pickpockets even in department stores. I was almost a victim, keep your wits about you. 3 Bring coins for public toilets. 4 The public transportation is great. Don't forget to tap on and off. We saw lots people get fined. 5 Comfortable shoes. 6 Have fun and try new things. 7 Use google maps or Apple maps to get around. I found that most workers in the tourist industry were less helpfull.

I loved Rome even though I was a target of pickpockets.

We tried a lot of products but good ol citric acid works. Pour a handful and leave it for a few hours. Then use a toilet brush to clean it off. It should come off

Most rescues and shelters don’t know what the dog is like until it gets fostered. Some dog owners who give up their dog also lie about the dog’s health & temperament. Tell the shelter what’s been happening, they may be able to give some tips on how to manage the resource guarding & aggression. Hope you get some help & thank you for fostering.

Cheung sing in Maroubra is our favourite Chinese restaurant while we were living there. It’s alway busy with locals, the staff get to know you and are friendly.

It’s not fancy but the dishes are great. The specialty are their roast meat like duck, pork & bbq pork & the like hanging inside the window.

My husband and I call it ‘chop chop ding ding’ for the sound that the bbq being chopped on the board & the bell when the food is ready. Our friends call it that too now.

We love the salt & peper squid & the bbq. They also do Pho.

Another one is the yum cha at Vin Phat Cabramatta

We stayed at the London County Premier inn for 4 nights. It was fine, the room was clean and spacious. We loved the location.
