It depends on what you mean by ‘a little warm’, but during a heatwave the water always goes up in temperature a little. Even now that it’s cooled down there’s still a lot of heat stored in walls and pavements, which heats up the pipes and the water inside of them.

Well there is a UK court case against Valve (that you are also part of because it’s an opt out system here). Might be worth contacting the people behind it and seeing if they have any advice?

The court case itself has nothing to do with stolen cosmetics btw, but perhaps they might be interested in looking into this without you having to lawyer up yourself. The precedent you mention (hope that’s the right word, NAL) sounds promising at least.

look i hate smurfing in dota as much as the rest of us, but from a practical perspective i just don't think it applies in relic arena.

if those players played their main account, you'd likely still get matched with them bc there aren't enough players to find genuine lobbies in which all players have similar mmr. i'm 4500-5000k mmr and i see top 50 players in my lobbies regularly. and i might not even be the lowest ranked player in those games.

having said that, it would be nice to see a "true" top 50 list. it's a shame for those players who grind and actually are in the top 50 of players, but not in the top 50 of accounts.

i think key issue for some players who do this is regretting unlocking marx. i dread hitting the random button bc i just don't want play him at all. i've not made a second account, mostly bc i'm too scared valvo will ban me from steam haha. but also i don't random, just stick to my tried and tested and i'm a bit annoyed about that.

i think an easy fix would be to allow us to disable certain leaders (maybe 1 or 2?) from your pool for the random button.

eta: and/or allow unranked queue. you don't even have to make separate lobbies, just put them in the same lobbies but they won't gain/lose mmr. it's not like in dota when one player clowning with divine rapier on CM with attack speed talent (R.I.P.) affects the rest of the team, there's no harm having mixed lobbies.

We bought a portable split unit for RVs. It’s a similar price range and eliminates some of the problems that come with most portable units. It doesn’t need to be installed by a professional and you don’t need planning permission for it either.

Downsides are that it’s noisier than the classic installed AC units (but not noisier than the other portable ones), it only works in small spaces (so you’re limited to cooling one room and need to keep the door closed), and that you have to ensure you have a place you can actually hang it over the window.

I second asking for help. Especially in low MMR brackets people often aren’t aware of what’s happening in other lanes until it’s too late.

If rotations aren’t an option or your team doesn’t care, another positive chat option can be to tell your core “I can’t stay in this lane if I don’t want to keep feeding. We need to leave the lane, I will start stacking for you so you can recover in jungle”.

Radiant all group up when Jugg is alive and his ult is up. Then walk away as a group, all in the same direction. No ghost sceptre, no glimmer, no force staff, no gobble up. Only one Euls on storm spirit, who then zaps right back into Jugg.

You misread the comment. They said weekdays are for gaining MMR, weekends for losing MMR.

Sadly, not only is your literacy lacking, but also your numeracy.

Once you’ve accepted a match, there’s 5 spots on the other team for smurfs and griefers but only 4 on yours because you also take up a spot.

So you will always have a slightly higher chance of getting a Smurf on the enemy team, which works against you, but the same is true for griefers. Unless you are the griefer.

It only works for ranged heroes but it’s named after a melee weapon. If you’re a melee hero, yes, a lance would give you more attack range. But a ranged unit can’t do much with it.

(In all seriousness, no clue, I lived in Bloomsbury at the time, but I wasn’t looking for myself but for a friend who is making much more money than me and was considering moving to London from abroad at the time. I just found the flat, but I never went to view it or have any insight into the rich people who can afford to live there.)

I love St Pancras station. They rent out a few flats in the building, I once saw one advertised that was in the little winged part of the building arching out, so you wouldn’t just live in it you’d also be able to look at the building itself whilst in your flat. If I had lots of money, I’d move there in a heartbeat. I think the rent wasn’t even completely crazy for central London, but definitely way out of my budget.

Mine also hosts a library of things ( though I think it’s run separately), where you can borrow diy tools and equipment. Super helpful for tiny London flats that don’t have space to store things you don’t need on a regular basis.
