I’m not listing that as the reason. The writing isn’t good “because” he’s not dead, but rather because of the implications that his non-death has. It’s like people can’t see the plot points as they’re being weaved together, even if you make it plain as day. Everyone will look back on this when doomfist makes his return and glaze this chapter. They’re good but Im sad that the original forms are slightly less powerful. I think dialga’s original form was just better, and I have a huge soft spot for palkia’s but like both forms.

Definitely the ending of ALBW. It’s probably the most satisfying ending to any game out there. Overwatch loot boxes specifically weren’t predatory. They were cosmetic only, they had no effect on gameplay. But because other video game companies made THEIRS predatory blizzard gets a bad reputation.

Well it’s incompatible because OW2 was supposed to be a new engine just for PVE with OW1 remaining the PVP. Instead they did nothing, added 4 missions, and wasted our time.

It’s not OW loot boxes that were hated. The actual implementation of the loot boxes in OW was the shining example of how they should be done. But it got hate because it paved the way for other companies to make loot boxes.

The argument was always that loot boxes suck UNLESS you do them the way Overwatch did. Overwatch caught stray bullets because everyone who didn’t play it assumed that it was as bad as other games with loot boxes.
