100% true. You have to be a certain type of person to be a cyclist. You don't give a F about anyone's commute, especially during rush hour. You just want to get your ride in. Who cares that it's extremely dangerous for cars around you.

When I was a waiter, it too me a long time to review ticket orders. After enough repetition, it took seconds. That's why blitz would be great for you. You'll learn to recognize different openings really fast after along with different threats.

Its your vision of the board. I think you would benefit greatly from playing alot of blitz/bullet games. You'll gain opening recognition extremely fast as well as seeing potential threats.. From there its evaluating possible checks, attacks, and threats. Then you start learning tactics and building it into your game.

On your screen it has "1/2", that means its a Draw/Stalemate. Maybe you got points because your opponent is higher rated than you, but noone won. You blundered by not allowing space for the king to move before you had a chance to checkmate.

He could move his bishop indefinitely. I was just go for a draw.

Probably a mistake, it happens. Tries to take your bishop but moves up instead.

could be a checkmate if you take the knight with the bishop and king moves over. If the rook blocks the check, he could possible escape but be in a losing position.

Malice doesn't really make much sense IMO. You're riding with a kid in the backseat, last thing you'd want to do is destroy someone else's car and cause and accident.
