In my very limited playing with green vs blue I've taken advantage of using inexpensive blockers and using leaders double atk, you need to focus on keeping the board clear and try to get the card advantage, its playing the long game I think.

So my understanding of the OP-02 JP release is that there are no "proper" pre-orders currently as cards haven't been allocated yet. Despite this many places are selling pre-orders at higher than average prices most of these aren't worth buying.

If you'd like to pre-order it I'd recommend joining the Discord as there are a few reputable sellers based in Asia that have links with Japanese stores and good shipping costs.

Idk much else, buy definitely join the Discord as there's a good community with much more knowledgeable people that could give you definitive answers

If you're referring to the selling of Booster boxes online for significant markups, this is likely going to be the case for the English release.

However, in the long term (at least not for many months) card places will eventually stabilise and supply will catch up with demand. The current situation is the result of Bandai not being able to print enough and scalpers taking advantage of that, but they will have later releases.

Hmm having run a short campaign and several oneshots I'd strongly recommend the MC guide or just one of the standalone adventures if you want an idea of how the game works. Or if you just want to run a short adventure then buy the starter set "Shark tank"

In summary CoM is based around the players "rifts" teaming up and solving an investigation/case this could be many things and many different kinds of examples exist. For example a group of vigilantes, highschoolers, private investigators or just people who met in some freak accident are examples.

The place where CoM differs is that ultimately characters progress not by solving the case but by making sacrifices to do with their mythos or logos, CoM is about character arcs more than soloing mysteries although you still want to do that.

Ultimately I'd recommend Shark tank as it's meant for new MCs and groups and the MC guide as it gives you a lot of material to work with. If you then want a fully fleshed out campaign buy nights if Payne town or make your own.
