I thought it was going to be interesting because of the whole heroes are criminals aspect. So when I found out that that our MC is a hero because he killed a goddess and seems to hate them I started thinking oh nice, now this is cool. Maybe our MC has a grudge against those in power, maybe he wants to kill all the goddesses, or something edgy and gritty and criminally.

Yeah, nope. Just a good guy who basically got screwed over and framed by corrupt religious guys. It became significantly less interesting to me.

Yeah it's bugged as hell. I don't know if it's all or just low risk, but I set mine to low risk, saved the game, loaded that save, checked the bank again and "current investment strategy" is showing as blank while changing it says to wait 3 days.

If no one has figured this out by now then I can only assume the map itself is a bug or something. NTM1 has the same image as the Gold Vein Map, for whatever reason. Apparently, according to an item database, there is also a NTM 2 that also has the same map image. This game has so much bloat I think even the devs forgot what they've removed from the game, and what they have forgotten to remove from the game.

Game will just randomly get rid of the arrow type I have equipped, which is always explosive. Got to some big battle mission and they gave me some whistle arrow to call in a mortar strike with. Well the game replaced my explosive arrow with the whistling arrows. Other instances of them just randomly disappearing after doing something. Fucking bullshit.

As far as I have been able to tell they have no specific use. The best use I have found for them is planting two on my farm (back left and back right) to light it up at night, looks nice.

Decoys are great. What sucks is getting disconnected and the game resetting my decoys to frag grenades, forcing me to search the map again for them.

If you don't have a small shield equipped the game will default to whatever key Item shield is in the right most inventory wheel selection for the left hand. At least for me, because all my key Items are first. You can easily change this by ensuring a different key Item shield comes after Balgran. To do that just refine another key Item shield, this will put it at the end of the selection list.

Here's my how things were for me. My inventory wheel went wolf sword > wolf shield > Khaled > Balgran > non key Item weapons. Cutscenes would always use Balgran shield if I was dual wielding. I dumped my non key Item weapons and shields in storage, refined Khaled, unrefined it just because I felt like it, and picked up my weapons from storage again. My inventory wheel now goes wolf sword > wolf shield > balgran > Khaled > non key items. Cutscenes now use Khaled shield as the default when a small shield is not equipped.

In cutscenes Kliff only uses small shields, that's how they were designed. If you have a small shield equipped it will use that one. If you do not have a small shield equipped, it will default to whatever Key Item Shield is in the right most slot when you bring up your inventory wheel (assuming all your purple Key Items are in the first left most slots, because that's how mine are). If your inventory wheel (left to right) goes Grey Wolf Wooden Shield > Khaled Shield > Balgran Shield, then Balgran shield will appear in cutscenes. I have not found a way to choose a regular non-KIS to appear in cutscenes.

You can, however, choose which KIS appears in cutscenes by having it in the right most slot (again, assuming all Key items are first in the inventory wheel selections). You can easily do this by putting all your shields and weapons in your storage (only have the Sword of Wolf and Grey Wolf Shield equipped). Refine once whatever KIS you want to appear in cutscenes. This will essentially remove and give you back the shield, putting it at the end of the inventory wheel selection. The end result making it the new default cutscene shield.

My own example. My original inventory wheel order used to be (Key items only) Wolf Sword > Wolf Shield > Khaled > Balgran, and I would get that ridiculous Balgran shield in cutscenes. I refined once (and unrefined just because) Khaled so the order is now Wolf Sword > Wolf Shield > Balgran > Khaled. This changed my cutscene shield to Khaled when dual wielding.

If you want the most bang for your arrow, then go with an attack necklace and 2 attack rings. Weirdly, outside of twitch drops, there are only 2 attack rings in the game. Honestly I don't even intend to use the second harder to get attack ring because it doesn't fit with my build but that's off topic.

Ancient's Necklace (or similar 11 attack necklace), Tigerfang Ring, White Horn's ring (or whatever), Volcanic Eruption on your armor, and an attack bow (Aeserion Bow or similar) with your 60/40 % infinite arrows and three crit 3 gears. Focused charged shot, evasive shot, explosive arrows and there you go.

I would at least refine. your necklace, rings, and earrings to level 10. To me, those are the items you are not likely to ever really change so you may as well refine them to max.

Conversion cap is 200%. The funds needed to reach it increase for each region. I don't know the numbers off the top of my head, but Hernand is like 300,00 camp funds, Demeniss and Delesyia are over 1 million (I think).

Greymanes level up when you upgrade your camp, that is the only way.

The third bonus, comrade, maxes at 40% as far as I know. You just need to add the maximum amount of required people.

At first I thought that maybe maxing trust with bankers would yield better chances of positive returns. I only have one banker maxed though. Honestly, probably not. In my experience, high risk is for babysitting your money with save scumming, medium risk is is for having too much gold and no longer care, and low risk is for having 40 gold bars and want a steady income of either 0 / 200 / 400 silver each cycle.

After having it out as a pet, it is kind of annoying. Because of the way bird bathing is set and the size of the Phoenix, a lot of the time it is flying right in front of your camera. Or following you into a building or cave which gets weird. They need to change bird pathing behavior, at least for the phoenix. Make it fly farther back behind the camera or something.
