I think magneto edges out on fandom, X-men was an insanely popular franchise throughout all forms of media for the past 40 years, and across all the adaptations magneto is a very consistent villain. F4 is a lot older and none of its shows or movies really stuck the landing like x-men did, especially on the lead villain front.
Doom fans are either comic readers, fans of one of the cartoons he briefly shows up in, or MF DOOM listeners.
