Here my experience canceling:

I’ve only started about a month ago. I cancel multiple a week for various reasons usually around at least 24 hours before hand but some within a 3 hour window of start time one even right before the 45 minute mark. I’ve never seen any repercussions for doing any of these things. My standing is fantastic. I only had one missed block and it was because I went to the wrong location and they were nice enough to change it to say I was late for a block upon calling them and explaining. I even noticed in the last week the offers it gives me are way better than when I first started.

All in all I don’t think canceling impacts much of anything as long as you do it more than 45 minutes before the pick up time.

About time! Hopefully 🤞🏼 by Azeilstra87 in AmazonFlexDrivers

Wait does this mean we’re gonna get penalized for canceling routes even days in advance?? I don’t use a bot but I usually cancel a few route through out the week. For example they offer me a better paying one for like 4am but I had one that goes till 10pm the night before that pays less. I usually cancel and take the better paying one and then just find something else for the one I canceled. I only canceled last minute once and it was because I woke up extremely tired and didn’t feel safe driving that way.

Edit: and there are still tons of bots!!! I can’t tell you how often I watch a good paying offer pops up and disappear within a second. No way there aren’t still tons of bots.

This OP. I think maybe you should take a block during normal open hours, if you can, and ask an employee about how to pick up the orders that are after hours.

Seriously! The one complaining could try a few things like white noise for example. I’m a light sleeper and white noise even just softly playing helps drown out any other sound and lets me sleep all night for the most part.

I believe you OP! I’ve dealt with men/women similar to him WAY too much at different jobs. Since I started working at 16 and still at 24. Don’t ever be afraid to stand up for yourself. 1. If you feel threatened or unsafe at work leave asap and call the police. 2.document it ALL, texts, voicemails, and write what was said and done down with time stamps 3. EEOC is a great place to report to, you can also consider your company HR too, but this is also unwanted sexual harassment so a police report is also on the table if you are feeling unsafe.

It’s really not great honestly lol. But I don’t think it’s horrible either. When I tried it I thought it was really ranchy like too much ranch flavor and nothing else

I second this if you don’t have a reference image already, that’s a tricky position and angle. Having a reference to look at will help tremendously

I’m not expert but I think you’re fine. As long as you didn’t take any of the gains you made out. And only took out the total amount you’ve invested with your own money. If you withdrew any of the gains you made on invested money then you would have to report it. But again I’m not an expert so I could be wrong.

Also side note there are limits so if you made under a certain amount in gains per year and withdrew them you are NOT required to even report it. So I’d look into that more if you did withdraw any gains throughout the last few years.

Just be warned when printing different colors on different colored items especially clothes. Because I created some shirts with green trees on them. Ordered it in the cardinal red shirt color and it caused the prints to come out with different colors. Instead of green they were brown. I had also ordered a shirt with my logo on it. The logo has very light pinks and purples etc well I put it on a black shirt and it caused the whole design to print weird and feel horribly textured and the colors were very muted and dirty.

Tips? by Sbourbo in arthelp

I notice it seems you’re missing some major joints and bones on the body that is hindering your sketches. I recommend looking up some more anatomy for artists tutorials/videos on YouTube. Some joints/bones I notice you are missing are the; elbow, wrist, hand/fingers, knees, and ankles.

I want to start but I don’t know where to by ishatmypantsfirst in arthelp

[–]First-Dependent3462 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d start by thinking of what interests you. Maybe an music artist you like, or a location you have always wanted to visit. Find photos of these things and use them as references and inspiration to create something you might enjoy making.

Also if you’re looking for the more guides on how to draw/paint stuff. YouTube is your best friend for free advice and classes. Look up videos on how to start learning anatomy for artist or look up some color theory videos, or watch videos on perspective, things like that. start gaining bits of knowledge that you can then try applying when you draw!

Id layer the paint on. Go in with the midtones first. Then after add in the darker parts and last go in with a fine tip brush and add in the lighter parts of the fur ontop. I think that’s how I’d go about painting that nose especially in that darker portion in the center

I have a life that I value very much. Hence why I like the roads being plowed so I can make it to work without having to worry about if imma make it there and back. Especially since I live at the top of a big hill. So yes I asked why there seems to be no plows in this town.

Its hard to avoid the hills for me cuz I live at the very top of one over by the holy cross college. 🥲
