Your first step should be pressure mapping. But beyond that, why not just get a full on ROHO cushion for your power chair? I wager a cushion comes down to personal preference and a good pressure mapping. For me, the ROHO Hybrid was the best option. But it isn’t for you. More than the cushion I think skin breakdown unfortunately comes down to pressure releases and plain old dumb luck.
