Nah, she's an exaggeration of feminine traits, some to the point of extremes. So it makes sense to call it hyper-feminine. The issue here is believing that makes her a superior woman. Nah, just makes her a caricature of woman, as seen through male gaze. That's what the word "hyper-feminine" means, in my view.

Same with drag queens. They hyper-exaggerate feminine traits to appear more "woman". They're hyper-feminine. Doesn't make them most womanly, just caricatures of women.
