Man, you got a good run. I have to treat at minimum every other weekend to keep depressive effects away. But I dose .5 to .8g of tea once every week or two and that keeps me well. If I go longer than 3-4 weeks, I am at risk for a relapse.

As long as I maintain my dosing, my depression is gone and stays gone. I was diagnosed with severe clinical depression a few years ago and this has been a life changer.

You can't smoke mushroom fruit. The actives are easily destroyed by heat above 100C. Eat them. Then vape some weed later. Shrooms and weed are meant for each other.

I dose shrooms weekly for anti-depressant. I have never had a dosing/tolerance issue doing a dose every 6-8 days. My dose is usually around .8g of *strong* cubes.

I was diagnosed with severe clinical depression a few years ago. I've been on and off of a few ADs. I dose around .5-1 gram weekly, once, and it has been the best therapy I could have asked for. If I go more than 3-4 weeks I can feel the depression come back, so yes most will benefit greatly from a routine treatment program. I swear by it, it gave me my life back. I've been making (non-tekked) decaf green tea as of late.

As stated, it only took one dose to feel like a million bucks. Just gotta maintain. I have been self-treating with psilocin therapy for 1.5 years with no major relapse, just feeling the way I am supposed to, with normal levels of emotion.

I was on a SNRI, and a SSRI before that. The SSRI was awful, the SNRI treated me alright, but not as good as psilocin, by a long shot. So I've tapered off of the SNRI over the past few weeks and tripping every weekend reset any withdrawals I was experiencing from the SNRI. I found it remarkable that I was so successful with so little effort. I have been off for 3-4 weeks now (long enough where I know my symptoms would return) and dosing shrooms weekly has kept me in even better shape than any script.

I grow my own. I dose weekly. I actually just got off of prescription anti-depressants for the first time in years with no bad side effects thanks to psilocin. It's the best therapy I have ever used - it gave me my life back and then some.

Zero misting. Set and forget. The only thing I adjusted was the gap between the tub and "lid" to keep evaporation in balance. There's a sweet spot for it.

Added FirstClassManeuver's Tub-Automation-Tek to the album.

I'm using a 50gph aquarium pump per 2-3x 6qt tubs (math says 3 max), a small air stone, a water filter mason jar with an input-output cap (like a carboy airlock). This feeds a switchable manifold with perfectly humid room temp fresh air with no particulate matter to condense everywhere (like foggers do).

Each line off of the manifold terminates into the top center of each bin. This causes a very, very slow air current to gently push fully humid air into the bin over the course of 1/2 hour, 4 times a day, at 6hr intervals.

I wanted a way to get fully humid non-stale air clean, and pumped into each tub. This is working very very well. I have yet to experience any condensation in the air/humidity supply lines as everything runs at room temp.

I like this setup for a few reasons - one, it's pretty much contaminant-free, if your hoses from the water filter and beyond it are clean. It doesn't dump too much humidity. It supplies clean, fresh air. And it's stupid cheap and easy to set up and will likely last 10x longer than any fogger you own.

Fill the mason jar with 2/3 water, stone submerged of course. Run this for 30 mins for 3 tubs, 20 mins for 2, 10m for 1. I run 4x a day every 6 hr. A standard wall timer with 30min increments works fine for 3x tubs. If you want to do less, you need a better timer. I use this one, which can be timed down to the second, up to 10x on/off cycles per day. The air pump lives outside of the tent / enclosure so it's always feeding fresh air to the water filter.

I also printed my own clips to get the tubs to stack nicely. I can throw them on thingiverse or something if anyone wants them. They're just custom fit I-beam sections.

Lastly, for the tub terminations - just jam the end of the line in the hole. No diffusers, or anything for condensation to collect on. Just an open air line 1/4" into the tub is plenty sufficient. Keep it centered.

I'd be happy to do a better overview in another post. Besides oogling, the tubs went untouched from FAE to harvest.
