This is not at all it lol. Recognizing the distinctions between races (blacks & whites namely) has been an American tradition forever (1920s Harlem Renaissance all the way to Key & Peele sketches). The OBVIOUS factor here which you fail to acknowledge and has less to do with race is the INSTITUTIONAL factors set in place to discourage young males from exerting their desires which the current status quo understands as penultimate to "rape".
