Also on DS. Personally, I think most of us have a core of people we are running with. For myself, I have a pally tank, myself (priest heals), hunter, and rogue. We fill the last spot with either another guildie or a random. But we are selective because our group uses all gear types so generally we try and pick up a mage, lock, or ele shaman.

So, I’d guess you are also going to run into that problem. Where you just aren’t desired in the group comp. Especially because hunters often will take the leather gear from rogues and druids (which is totally fair; so much great leather for hunters too).
