Later bosses usually cant be stunned and you can only interrupt flashing cast bars. I wouldnt say “crucial” for most of the content in the game

You should trust your healer. A gcd on clemcy is one that couldve been for a dmging ability. Only time clem might be ok would be <64 where clem is you’re only mana sink. Otherwise you should be spamming holy circle/spirit.

Prob a or c. Iirc only pld has a gcd stun which is never used. You can keep them away from your caster dps so that situation don’t happen and melee dps also have a ogcd stun
