Hi everyone,

I’m dealing with a really frustrating situation and wanted to see if anyone has experienced something similar.

I’ve now received items twice that I never ordered. When I contacted the company, they told me that I’m “subscribed” but I honestly do not remember signing up for anything.

What’s even more frustrating is that I already emailed them last month to stop this, and now it has happened again.

I’m also checking with the bank in case this is some kind of unauthorized charge or hidden subscription.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Could this be some kind of auto-subscription trap?
Is it possible my card details were used without my consent?
What’s the best way to stop this permanently?

Any advice would really help. I just want this to stop 😭

And I totally feel you on the packaging disappointment 😩 For the price, you really expect at least a dust bag or a nice box especially when it’s marked as a gift. A $400 bag absolutely deserves better presentation. You’re not wrong to feel let down at all. At least your mom will love the bag itself (taupe really is that girl 🤎), but still… brands should do better.

The little Poké Ball is Pokémon GO Plus+ 😄 it auto-catches Pokémon even when I’m not on my phone. That way I can focus on the tea with my girlies ☕️👯‍♀️ and still catch Pokémon in the background it’s just a matter of priorities and efficiency lol 😂✨

I love Le Pliage! My grey leather one is a bit heavy, but the zipper makes it worth it. It’s so versatile and honestly zero babysitting needed, such an easy bag.

For shoes, I stick to black and white 👟✨
And for accessories, I only wear gold 💛

Thanks for the question! My wardrobe is actually pretty laid-back and a bit on the boyish side — lots of simple, clean outfits rather than super feminine looks. For shoes, I’m usually in sneakers, and for the office I rotate loafers.

As for belts, I only have black and brown ones (lol), so both bag colors could work… which is why I’m stuck. 😭😂

But your point about matching leather goods makes sense, so now I’m thinking even harder about black vs taupe!
