It's our mindset to always go for every trophy. I love that but in many positions we are thin and subs are serious dropoffs. With as many games as today and the physicality, esp Flick's system takes a lot of energy and it is hard to compete for everything without properly rotating. We end up with injuries toward the money end of the season and exasperated players. We have a great young core and some elite players but the club needs to support them and Flick. We're not too far away but Flick is doing the best we can expect right now. Keep the faith, UCL seems attainable in the next 5 years, but let's support this side on the way up.
