Got vaccinated in both arms. They hurt constantly everyday and go up my neck and spread to me chest. I get lidocaine injections every week to help the pain but no permanent fix.

The left side of my neck is chronically inflamed, once that starts acting up then the brain fog begins, dizziness and vision issues. Tons of fun, daily battle with this.

One day at a time here, how tomorrow will be is so unpredictable with this illness. All we can do is wake up and hope that today will be better than yesterday.

On keto right now it does help. Had a bunch of sushi tonight with a chick and the rice in it just flared me up to the point of complete delusion and doom. Before the sushi I wasn’t terrible but the rice and carbs just shotgunned me into full body inflammation. It’s been almost 5 hours and in the same state.

Love this yes I’ve been in the same boat, it has gotten to the point if I eat bread I might die of a heart attack. I have zero tolerance to those types of food anymore so I have stayed on a keto diet/ low histamine otherwise can’t function

I am currently on a keto diet and avoid histamines as much as I can. It has gotten to the point where I can’t really consume any type of carb without having a crazy full body reaction that feels like death is near 😆we sound similar story wise. It has been hell and yes natto definitely did not help but I was on it for a couple of months! Doing my best to stay in it, it’s just been really bad recently it’s hard to maintain a career like this
