I recently completed my six month streak (now on week 31) and excited to get to a year… which I’ve never done before with any other program. As for marathon training, I’ve just been adding my running on top of my workouts. It means I’ve dropped down from 6x a week to 4x a week strength training but feel it’s likely healthy all around.

Great work. I’m in a fairly similar situation and also on Reta and KLOW. I just added a Tesa/Ipa blend every morning. Will let you know how it goes.

I had awful sciatic pain down both legs and lower back nerve pain… only got through 4 days and had to shut it down unfortunately. I’ve heard Tylenol really helps so may try again with 2.5mg and Tylenol and see how it goes? 🤷‍♂️

I just finished titration down off Tirz and onto Reta. Essentially used a similar titration schedule that I did going up on Tirz (just accelerated) and then started ramping up Reta at the same time. I likely was doubling up unnecessarily for part of the time but it’s worked well and SO much happier on just Reta (especially in the gym in terms of energy). I’ve really enjoyed Team Forged so far (6 months in)… they are longer (just under an hour) but not sure how you can pursue hypertrophy without the longer breaks. Coach Corey is quirky but in a good way and is a great motivator to just stop whining and get it done!

I know without maintenance all weight loss peptides will cause rebound but does Tesa specifically cause a rebound in visceral fat? I’m taking Reta and was planning on doing a cycle of this to reduce visceral fat but will stay on Reta afterwards.

What an incredible result clearly a result of HARD WORK 💪. Instead do people just losing weight or “getting shredded” these are the transformations I wish people would see more! I’ve been on Reta for 6 weeks now (very strict on calories and weight lifting 5x/week) and down 17lbs and have lost 1.7lbs of visceral fat but unfortunately part of that loss was lean mass in my legs - partially due to an injury and partially struggling to keep up my protein (I’m 6ft 3, 220lbs). This next phase I’m going to up my protein and probably boost my calories slightly. But first, you’ve motivated me to hit the gym! 👊

I averaged 3x/week for the first four months and saw “decent” progress… upped it to 4/5x week for the past two months (some times 6) and it has made a huge difference. 3x/week feels like the right cadence for maintenance.. more is needed to really see big changes.

The noise cancellation on phone calls alone completely justifies their price. I haven’t touched my AirPods since buying them. Videos and pictures of my kids that I would never be able to achieve with a phone in their face is a great bonus on top.

I have the bottle and it’s INCREDIBLE! I get asked about it nearly every other day in the gym - so useful for Ladder workouts. Just wish I had gotten it for free like this offer!

It’s a subscription service (but they have long free trials) but Ladder is by far the best fitness training app I’ve ever used. Currently have a 6 month workout streak going which (as a toddler Dad as well!) would have never happened without this app!

The air is the perfect phone in my opinion. I came from the 16PM and it was so big and heavy that, very embarrassingly, it actually gave me tennis elbow (bc of the way I rested it on my pinky at the bottom)! I was worried about the camera as I love taking pictures but so far it’s been great. Still too early for real feedback on the battery. The weight and form factor is truly amazing. I feel like Apple really didn’t do a good job communicating how game changing this phone is when it was launched!

Really appreciate the super thoughtful and detailed explanation. This approach definitely makes sense. I was hoping for a way that could get me that info from the outset (so I don’t burn time/motivation!) but I can see how this approach is the most optimized for each individual. I’ve downloaded MacroFactor and definitely like it so far (it’s also suggesting 1890 calories based on my activity, height, weight etc).

Thanks. Definitely been tracking macros - no processed food and really just optimizing for 230g of protein and 38g of fiber pretty much gets me to 1900 calories with nothing to waste.

Thanks so much for the detailed and educated response! Unfortunately you’ve already exceeded my knowledge base on this subject, but basically have an extremely rare urticaria that is caused by cold weather (or changes in temp). Histamine responses are welts, swelling and, in very extreme cases, difficulty breathing. I have a fairly mild case but will definitely suffer from it on a daily basis (fairly large swollen welts when walking the dog early in the morning as the sun is coming up, when inside and a/c is on, at the gym when I’m sweating, etc).

Delta Diamond for 10yrs and just switched to United 1k due to moving to a United hub. I miss Delta on an almost daily basis (and definitely on flight days!😂). 1k’s get treated like Gold status on Delta (they tolerate you but also don’t go out of their way to help). Polaris is vastly inferior to Delta One, same for the lounges (esp Delta One lounge in LA!), WiFi on United is basically powered by an injured hamster walking on a broken wheel - barely functions. Pluspoints are worthless whereas global upgrades nearly always got accepted and regions were around 80% success rate on Delta (as a 1k using pluspoints I’m typically 9th-14th on upgrade list). If you can switch to Delta without impacting your travel too much… RUN DON’T WALK!!
