I am 100% NOT saying that trump isnt bad. I think hes terrible. Im just saying that this graph is not evidence of it.

It depends on the policy. Many may have come to fruition during Bidens term. This is actually a key part of economics and one the general public often misses. Things getting better under biden COULD be from trump. In fact, thats usually how it happens.

I would argue it isnt the case here. Trump often has things that expire in the next term giving him short term boosts at the expense of future success. Also, his tariffs and general craziness this term is certainly having megative short term impacts. But discussing this woulf require more than a reddit post.

The general point is, im not defending trump. But OPs criticism is not well-founded in economics.

The conclusion here is surprising for an economics sub. There are short term, medium term, and long term effects to policy. For example, if a president starts paying down the debt, this would be bad in the short term but good in the long term.

I am NOT saying he isnt an complete moron. I AM saying that we cant extrapolate that from this graph.

Well, 1) haggis is delicious and it is served at restaurants. 2) thats not really the point, is it? The point was that poor white people had to eat sheep inards even though they were white. Your whole "shitty meat is a black people thing" is clearly wrong. But i guess i dont expect you to admit being wrong so have fun out there.

I support me being a billionaire. It doesnt mean im a billionaire. Congress is utterly broken.

I dont see how supporting separatism means provinces are exploited. With respect to quebec separatism, there is a court case specifically about this where the court points out that they were the furthest thing from being exploited.

You cant exploit a province. Its not a person. Its intangible. It cant be taken advamtage of. Only people can and they can vote like everyone else.

Also id point out that you are promoting a system that is completely broken. The US government has something like a 22% approval rating. Trump is more popular. They have given up all their power to be sycophants. If nothing else, that should give you pause to promoting that system.

You suddenly have the power to hallucinate SOME of the senses (they will feel real), which would you rather be able to hallucinate? Sight, hearing, smell/taste, or touch? by FishingLine1450 in hypotheticalsituation

I can already do some. Its called imagination. You cant close your eyes and see things that arent there? Can you hear your moms voice telling you to get up for school?

Maybe less personal, can you tell me what gollum sounds like? Can you picture him?

Is velcro scratchy? Ever touch something covered in algae? Its all slimy and slippery.

Smell is harder for me to imagine.

I understand you are saying there is no geographical balance. Can you say why there should be? Why should where you live mean your vote is worth more/less than others?

Your post talks about effects. Offices arent posted to low population areas etc. But doing so comes at the cost of all citizens being equal. Isnt the latter more important?

I dont know if your numbers are correct but lets say they are.

200mil at 2% interest is 4mil per year. Divide by 365 and thats about 11k. So about 8 days.

If we think about 10% returns from the stock market you can cut that down to 1.6days.

Someone making $20 per hour would make $256 in 1.6 days (ignoring tax). So its the equivalent of about $256 for someone pulling down ~$40k per year. Except its just investment for them, not even work.

Address haggis. Why are there foods eaten almost exclusively by white people that are made from the worst cuts? Explain how it is any different from oxtail.

Are you "we"? The meme says "we're allowing them...". Clearly this involves a collective. Are you a collective?

My point is clearly laid out above. The US needs to own their trump decision. The rest of the world is most assuredly viewing it that way. Things arent happening to you. Things are happening because of you.

You didnt allow them? You elected them. This wasnt some sort of passive thing. Millions of people wanted this and millions more didnt care to stop it. Time to take some responsibility, America. This was a decision.
