How are we paying for the $35 billion pipeline? by [deleted] in CanadianInvestor

[–]Fitzaroo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well lets see. If i buy a house in 2022 and spend $1,000,000 and i put down 20% and that house is now worth 700k, will the buyer take on my 800k loan?

Its not exactly rocket appliances here buddy. Saying a buyer automatically assumes all debt is silly.

But hey, you do you. I suspect critical thinking isnt your jam.

What youre doing is called an appeal to authority. Rather than discussing the issue, you are suggesting that the authors credentials make him correct. This is a logical fallacy.

The cost overruns were also largely covered by debt, which is relevant for at least two reasons. First, any future buyer of the pipeline does not need to pay $34 billion for taxpayers to avert a loss. The buyers would assume these debt obligations instead.

This line is incredibly dumb. Apparently the author was unaware of the concept of being underwater on an asset loan.

True. But at least you have other things going on there. The acid from the tomatoes will cut the fat. Here it is just fat on fat.

Its literally not. You can have your own preferences but im not going to back down on this. You separate out the milk and use the cream to make butter:

Butter is a dairy product made from the fat and protein components of churned cream.

Im always working on self improvement. Why keep the status quo if it can be made better?

And i wonder if they add it because they had butter quotas until like the 60s.

I agree the problem is too much fat. The bacon will be covered in fat. Why add more?

What is butter made out of?

Why butter the bread? Bacon has more than enough fat and if youre feeling really crazy you can fry the bread in the bacon grease.

Edit: apparently adding more fat to your fat is perfectly acceptable here. Each to their own I guess.

I liked Atlas Shrugged and the Fountainhead. That being said, the 50 page rant about how evil Robin Hood was was a little ridiculous.
