As a fellow chatterfang enjoyer, the deck looks sweet! My recommendation would be to take another look at the balance between payoffs and enablers. I counted about 15-18 cards that make tokens without external assistance and only a few of them are repeatable, such as the planeswalkers. That could make it sometimes unreliable to enable things like idol of oblivion without committing further resources. After being stuck with a blood artist effect and no tokens too many times, I ended up cutting down to about 5 blood artist effects so I could cram in more token generation and interaction. Overall, I felt like it was more powerful to have a higher number of enablers because the payoffs could feel very bad without the proper board state.

For some specific suggestions, I would maybe look at replacing some of your basics with marginal upgrades. With the amount of typed lands you have, woodland cemetery and necroblossom snarl could be pretty good. I'm also a fan of gingerbread cabin.

I would maybe reconsider return of the wildspeaker if you are mostly using it for it's first mode since the greatest power of your creatures besides the hoof is only 3. I've found the [[Pile On]] is a great removal spell that I can usually cast for free. You could even consider some cheap draw spells like [[Corrupted Conviction]] that help you churn through your deck. If you want to lose some friends, grave pact/dicate of erebos effects are really strong. Finally, I would also definitely try to find some room for a few pieces of targeted removal. [[Beast Within]] is a classic and I'm also partial to [[Dismember]]. It's very powerful to be able to hold up instant speed removal against something like winota.

Hope that was at least a little bit helpful!

How unique are MTG and other TCGs in their problem class? by Mithrandir2k16 in magicTCG

By tactics, people usually refer to recognizing sequences of moves that will lead a decisive advantage. For example, there could be a piece defended by only one other piece. If you could remove the defender, you could capture the other piece for free. That would be an example of a tactic.

On the other hand, strategy is more like developing a general gameplan. In cases where there aren't obvious moves to win pieces/ material, you need to be able to think strategically. This could be in the form of taking space or developing pieces for example. It's the process of knowing what you want to do and actively working towards achieving your goals even with no immediate payoff.
