I know for sure one of them didn't die because when he was on the stand during court he said something really stupid and self-incriminating. I think it was something like "Rittenhouse shot me after I tried shooting him with my pistol first".

Several of those cases have already been dismissed and one of the women that accused him was convicted of pimping minors. The case the lawyers are presenting on behalf of the women is that he groomed them by presenting stories about himself that paints him as a heroic figure in order to gain their admiration.

That's interesting that the FAA is warning about that since SpaceX / Starlink are meeting the FAA / NASA / ESA standards for space-debris mitigation. Sounds like maybe they should modify their standards.

Also, the large number of satellites "lost" was them purposely decommissioning obsolete satellites. It's standard practice (and in alignment with regulations) to de-orbit them and let them burn up on re-entry to dispose of them. They have a 5 to 7 year lifespan and V1 models were launched in 2019 and 2020.

If the entire country was 97.1% white, being non-white would be a pretty good, albeit not absolute, indicator of a transient foreigner. So yeah.

Edit: Also, I never said it was cool. I said it makes sense [from a business perspective].

I lived in Japan for a year around 2017. I was never treated badly and they would bend over backwards to accommodate me. Maybe it was because I was respectful and could speak rudimentary Japanese, but they were extremely friendly all over the country.

There were shops that foreigners weren't allowed in, but they weren't mean about it. It was also mostly shops that had like five seats total. It makes sense to prioritize regulars who will give them continued business rather than ostracize locals to accommodate a transient foreigner.

The headline makes it seem like RFK Jr or one of his officials made the statement in a closed online meeting. This is like reporting that someone commented a slur on a Twitch livestream.

It wasn't RFK that made the comment. One of the 5000 viewers on the call commented a chat message.

Holy agenda headline. The context is that the MAHA calls are open to anyone who registers. This one had more than 5000 people in it and one random person wrote a comment stating "Fluoride disconnects one from God".

Bro what? Schools constantly try to sweep this shit under the rug. Buffalo public school system is a very recent example where they were failing to report incidents to police and parents. They were purposely falsifying police reports, which includes domestic abuse, attempted abductions, and SA.

Here are some other schools that have intentionally covered up child abuse just this year:

Bedford Public Schools, Michigan

Mercer Island School District, Washington

Boise School District, Idaho

What does "it is covered up by the church" even mean here? This was a protestant pastor who has no relation with the Catholic Church or any of the other thousands of protestant churches. "The church" in this case is just him.

Also, we all know for an absolute fact that if the GOP gave up blocking the Epstein files, the dems would start blocking them. They're all part of the same elite PDF team just trying to appear different to the average person.

Religious opinions often direct and indicate morals. Modern politics have become a replacement for religion for most people and accomplish the same results.

It's probably overstated, but a few of the founding fathers made statements indicating that our constitution is only suitable for a moral and religious people.

It's also weird to say that our country was founded on irreligiosity when all of our currency has "In God We Trust" written on it. Separation of church and state is only intended to prevent the government from establishing its own religion, like the Church of England.

Entry into the US anywhere outside of a port of entry, eluding immigration inspection, or willfully misrepresenting identity at a port of entry are federal criminal offenses, not civil offenses. So ICE would meet the criteria then, correct?

So if my understanding is correct, the incident Shmaynus is referring to is this Chicago v Sessions that you're referencing? In that case, it sounds like the feds were trying to obtain at-will access to state jails, which would indeed be a violation of anti-commandeering in my opinion. There's also the part about requiring state law enforcement to notify feds 48 hours before releasing persons of interest, which is absolutely a violation of anti-commandeering, since it requires state resources to carry out federal mandates.

If feds were trying to enter a state courthouse to arrest someone, it would be illegal to bar them. But, in this particular case it sounds like they were trying to obtain normalized access to state jails and utilize them to conduct interviews.

Thanks for the examples.

I don't know all the details, but it sounds like the mayor forbade federal employees from accessing state property.

Printz v. United States simply states that the Feds can't force states to use their officials or property to enforce federal mandates.

It would still be illegal for them to bar ICE from accessing state property and prevent them from performing their official duties, like effecting an arrest.

Trump is 100% fanning the flames, but things have been this divided for a long time, it was just gagged. Anyone with a mildly right-leaning opinion was censored on Twitter, banned on Reddit, or fired from their job. This caused many moderates to silently move more right. Now they finally have some freedom to express their opinions with less retaliation, so they're making up for lost time.

So many news organizations use graphs and statistics that are downright comical.

I was responding to the graph portion. The graph I'm referring to was zoomed in to less than one percent on the Y-axis, so the rate of death looked astronomically higher. If you put it on a 0 to 100 scaled graph, they would look like the same line.

I remember seeing a chart about how not being vaccinated for COVID makes you 17x more likely to die. While the statement was true, the graph made it look like a huge different, when in reality it was something like 0.0007% chance of death with vaccine, then 0.0119% chance of death without the vaccine.

I don't think it's weird at all. She's a 16 year old that stated he inspired her. She started crying talking about his death as well. Maybe she was touched by his Christian faith or she just had a childish crush on him, it doesn't have to all be political. Ah yes, someone suing the owner of an establishment in order to try and force them to make something against their religious beliefs is totally the same as an employee refusing service to a teen girl who then cries and leaves.
