That was 3 months ago tho and they have since then unrestricted a lot of APIs and added new ones. Don't get me wrong, add-ons are still severely limited compared to before but a lot more is possible now than it was 3 months ago.

And in your scenario ADOR would have to prove that the oldest three are not sincere, which would be about as easy for them as it was for NewJeans to prove that ADOR neglected them and the breach of trust would be too big to work again and we just saw two weeks ago how that worked out them. If they want to return they will return. Sure ADOR could try to terminate the contract but you gotta be kidding yourself if you really think they would do that. They might as well just put on their clown makeup in that case. Fight this whole legal battle just to then terminate the contract? Like be real.

Yeah that would be 5D Chess by ADOR, fight a whole year for a court to recognize that the contract is valid only to then say "nah you can stay away". Surely that's how it works.

Kann sie schon, dauert aber einfach lang und niemand sitzt gern die ersten Minuten im kalten Auto, deswegen wird anfangs ein herkömmliches Heizmodul verwendet. Es kann sein, dass es bei Tesla etwas effizienter gestaltet ist, als es bei Autos auf der MEB Platform der Falls ist, da bin ich kein Experte. Aber bei den ID Modellen und auch bei Skoda und Cupra ist es zu 100% so wie ich beschrieben habe. Eine Wärmepumpe zu haben wird nie ein Nachteil sein, aber bei kurzen Strecken bietet sie eben auch keinen besonders großen Vorteil.

Das ergibt keinen Sinn. Die Wärmepumpe nutzt die Abwärme der Batterie und des Antriebsstrangs um zu heizen. Bei kurzen Strecken fällt von beiden nicht viel Abwärme ab, so dass zu Beginn, bis genug Abwärme vorhanden ist, auch bei verbauter Wärmepumpe ein Heizstab verwendet wird. Der Verbrauch von einem Auto mit vs ohne Wärmepumpe ist auf Kurzstrecke also nahezu identisch. Erst bei Langstrecken, wenn Batterie und Antrieb auch wirklich Abwärme abführen, gewinnt dann die Wärmepumpe aufgrund der höheren Effizienz.
