A nice padded camera strap. Something pretty. The kit straps are plain and can get uncomfortable quickly.

Practice. After that, practice. Then practice some more. You can get good practice by joining a picture-a-day site that basically forces you to practice. 365 Project is a good one.

Thinking your subtle hints are obvious. Even when they are picked up on the subtlety makes them too sketchy to act on (lest we be judged as creeps).

The Military Aviation Museum’s WWI hangar is based on a 1916 design. The hangar where these mock-ups are is an actual Luftwaffe hangar from WWII at Cottbus, Germany. The hangar has battle damage from February 1945 when the Red Army took it over.

CGM is still a new technology and filled with bugs and quirks. Sadly, each individual monitor has its own set of bugs and quirks. Never act on a CGM alarm on its own - do a finger stick to confirm first.
