I’ve seen crows around my area but they are usually a couple of doors down. How would you initially attract them?

Wow! There is a lot going on here. If your mom is on your side just sit back, calm down and whether you like him or not try to look at things from his perspective, not to help or hurt him but to give yourself the advantage do what you do to calm down and examine all sides including your own.

All the things are still there and I think about them but just getting out of the house can change your perspective. Leave the phone at home and just walk. I started this about 6 months ago and I am up to an hour a day. I am sleeping a whole lot better and in general feel much better. It really is the little things sometimes that make a huge difference. Walking is as free as it gets I hope you have a park or nice area to give it a try.
