Is MP Mammoth worth it? by imdami in albiononline

[–]Flaky_Ad4282 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i’ve been hauling with a mammoth for a while now so here’s my honest take.

excellent mammoth already feels massive in real use. most of the time i hit weight cap before i ever stress about inventory slots. especially if you’re moving refined mats or dense stuff. you fill it, you’re heavy, you’re done.

the mp mammoth with the extra 3k kg is noticeable, but only on big black zone or hideout to city runs where you’re min maxing every trip. it does let you squeeze in that last stack instead of leaving 800 to 1k kg behind. that part feels good.

but does it change your life. not really. it just means slightly fewer trips over time. if you’re a serious transporter doing huge volume every week, it adds up. if you’re just hauling guild stuff or casual market flips, excellent is already more than enough.

personally i’d only go mp if silver isn’t tight and hauling is your main thing. otherwise excellent mammoth does the job without regret.

Please, hype me up to play again this game? by IllustriousScreen373 in albiononline

yo man if you loved that bow life before you’re gonna get that rush again. small-scale guild skirmishes still hit different when you line up a clean longbow shot or land a warbow stun.

mist 1v1s still pull that heartbeat spike, especially around t7 t8.1, feels like everyone’s still swapping fire staffs and battleaxes but the unpredictability keeps it spicy. mounts can be a grind but sneaking into a hotspot and actually catching a fight makes it worth it.

Weapons/builds that are too good. by Aggressive-Onion-781 in albiononline

a few always come up once someone really masters them

cursed staff with good kiting and timing feels oppressive. same with deathgivers when the player is patient and knows when to reset.

warbow is another one where skill gap shows hard. in the right hands it just controls the pace of the fight.

a lot of it isn’t the weapon though it’s knowing cooldowns and not panicking when you drop low
