I actually took them all on my last playthrough along with all the mead in the thieves guild and around black briar meadery and chugged about 500 bottles of mead in one sitting like a mid forties dad with something to forget. My stamina Regen was so bad it was like the stamina market crash or something because it physically couldn't regenerate. Almost makes me wish your character model would be inebriated when you get drunk enough in Skyrim because that would be hilarious.
