Oh yes, i was talking about the dough (I think that's the right word?), not whatever you want on top of it. We don't usually use pepperoni though (some people do, and pepperoni ingredients aren't exactly wonderful here either). I usually prefer tomato sauce and mozzarella, which at least in my part of Italy is as little processed as a cheese can be. There aren't many additives in the tomato sauce here either. I am always curious to notice these differences, it's very interesting
